The revolutionary design of the 4Life cutter insert allows the roughing and finishing machine to work simultaneously, giving the cutting process unprecedented coordination and efficiency.
Each insert used is double-sharpened and coated with NaDia’s exclusive DLC coating to ensure maximum precision and component durability.
The 4Life cutter insert has been successfully designed and tested to effectively overcome the technical issues that may arise in the various stages of machining.

4Life‘s technology is designed to offer significant economic advantages, mainly concerning the longer life of the components and the precision of the processing.
