Positive experience of TWT at the 2019 edition of DREMA, the international fair held at Poznań in Poland from September 10th to the 13th, 2019.
Poznań on the three days from the 10th to the 13th of September last hosted DREMA, the wood processing industry’s main fair in Eastern Europe. As declared by AndrzejPółrolniczak, the fair’s director, DREMA has once again been the ideal venue for presenting modern wood processing technologies and solutions. On the one hand, this event has been an excellent opportunity for showcasing new products and innovative processes, and on the other for getting to know the current trends as well as a vast range of operators and companies seeking business.
At the Fair, TWT participated with its own stand to present its latest products: the 4Life tool, the new TWT-Style window and, most importantly, the new Laser.S fixing system that will become standard production in a few months’ time. «Four days of positive experience» claims Daniele Zanuttini, Area manager for foreign markets. «Our stand was visited by many clients, including large companies as well as small craftsmen. We collected a dozen new interesting contacts and initiated a couple of important deals. So we are very happy both for the good turnout as well as for the results».«In general, I did not see anything particularly new as regards our sector. I saw the growth of several local competitors, present at the Fair with big stands and well-prepared teams, while other tool manufacturers leaders in the sector are increasingly focusing on PCD (Polycrystalline Diamond) technology and therefore on the furniture manufacturing market, which is after all coherent with the ‘positioning’ of this Fair. I don’t have any official data on hand at the moment, but it seems that the overall turnout was lower than in past editions. Indeed, some operators were rather unsatisfied».
