Our solutions have succeeded in improving the quality of the finished products of CDM Sp.zo.o. In this regard, we interviewed Tomasz Kamiński, vice president and partner of the Polish company.
Short presentation of the company. When was the company founded? What is its structure?
We have been producing wooden windows and doors since 2000. In the production areas covering an area of 10,000 m2, woodwork is created every day thanks to the involvement of an experienced crew of over 150 people.
What are your strengths that distinguish the company on the market?
We are an open company that thoroughly analyzes the dynamic nature of the wooden window and door market. We boldly introduce new and innovative solutions to our offering, an approach that has made us a leader among manufacturers of wood joinery products.
What are the characteristics of your market and of the products you manufacture?
Currently, we produce more than 40 different window systems, mainly for the Polish, German, French and English markets.
Can you describe the project developed together with TWT?
The largest of the projects we have carried out in cooperation with TWT, which was also the occasion of our first meeting and of getting to know each other better, consisted in the creation of a set of tools for the Saomad Woodpecker multi-spindle machine. The scope of this project was huge because in total we commissioned the production of tools for the manufacturing of over 20 different window systems using only one machine.
What were your needs and what convinced you the most about the cooperation and TWT’s offering?
What convinced us to cooperate was the excellent technical expertise of the TWT people running the project and the very high quality of TWT’s products. We were looking for a proven supplier who would also support us in the implementation of a difficult project.
What benefits have you gained as a result of working with TWT?
Thanks to our cooperation with TWT, the accuracy of the elements and the dimensional repeatability that is very important to us have improved significantly. This takes the quality of our finished products to the highest level.

Ideas for new projects?
At the moment, we are implementing a new project in cooperation with TWT aimed at increasing our processing capacity and at introducing new products for the English market.
