In a sector where innovation often also moves in the wake of tradition, we wanted to introduce a distinctive novelty with the W0 and W9 wooden front door systems.
The production of entrance doors usually relies on the same tools used for French doors, thus limiting the specificity and innovation in the design of the door itself.
In order to break with this conventional model, with the cooperation of the company CCE, we have developed dedicated systems that seamlessly integrate the cold guard and hardware systems originally designed for entrance doors.
The W0 and W9 timber systems are not an aesthetic reinterpretation of French doors, but are designed with specific features that enhance water and air tightness performance and thermal efficiency.
These systems, when equipped with suitable multi-point locking hardware, can be classified according to burglary resistance classes according to UNI EN 1627 (RC1, RC2 and RC3). Style and security in perfect harmony.
Each model is designed to meet different requirements: from the W0, which completely eliminates barriers at floor level, ideal for accessible, modern spaces, to the W9, which, despite its excellent tightness, still guarantees easy threshold crossing. Our timber entrance doors therefore ensure natural beauty, durability and high thermal insulation.
The W0 and W9 timber entrance door systems focus on the needs of the modern door and window manufacturer, offering solutions that are both innovative, secure and aesthetically valuable.
The Esperia W0 system eliminates any barrier between inside and outside, offering excellent water tightness. Thanks to the guillotine mechanism and dedicated profiles on the underside of the frame, the W0 ensures a dry and protected interior environment.
This innovative solution allows for a floor-level design, ideal for modern and accessible living spaces.
The W9 system is equipped with an aluminium profile of only 9 mm with thermal break, which facilitates the transition from the internal to the external environment. The special shape of the profile eliminates the risk of tripping and facilitates the passage of walking aids.
Tightness is ensured by CCE-designed profiles and special rubber end caps, which together ensure perfect closure of the underside and durable weather resistance.
