From December 3rd to 6th in Moscow, at the Crocus Expo IEC, Woodex 2019 was held, the 16th international exhibition of equipment and technologies for woodworking and furniture production.

TWT participated with its own stand presenting the High Technology cutting tools for the production of wood and wood-aluminum windows, the diamond tools with NaDia technology and an accurate selection of technological solutions in the field of HW, HS and PCD tools for the wood processing, composite materials and aluminum (GlobalTools division).

“It was an interesting event that allowed us to create new connections and get in touch with qualified operators“, commented Nicola Pedrotti, TWT’s Marketing and GlobalTools manager. “The greatest difference compared to the previous editions is the greater international presence as regards exhibitors and visitors: a factor that seems to be confirmed also by the official data of the organizers”. The 2019 edition was attended by 350 exhibiting companies from 27 countries, 124 of which were new participants.

«Since mid-2018 this is the fourth time we have participated in a trade fair in this sector in Russia. Moreover TWT is organizing its own structure in Russia and we believe that Woodex Exibition is a useful platform to enter this market» continues Nicola Pedrotti.

“We are talking about a market of more than 150 million people, which offers significant opportunities. Positive in the sector of wooden window frames is that in the last 5-6 years no major works or important steps have been taken, so all products on the market are substantially obsolete. In parallel there are companies that wish to invest.

In the window and door market we can say that aluminum dominates, but in my opinion good prospects open up for an innovative system, with the right management costs such as Esperia Life wood-aluminum and other ideas and projects that we have in mind from time for this evolving market».
